4. Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.

  • Betkhala reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Match Cancellation or Suspension

  • If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be void and stakes will be refunded.
  • If a match is suspended within a specified time after kick-off, betkhala's decision is final.
  • If a match result changes after the official announcement, betkhala will settle payments based on the originally declared result.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum win limit may apply to certain events or markets. If winnings exceed that limit, only the maximum amount will be paid out.

Any involvement in match fixing or fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all winnings.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

betkhala offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

  • Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • A specified turnover must be completed before winnings earned from a bonus can be withdrawn.
  • A user may not claim the same promotion more than once.

6. Prohibited Activities

  • Creating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
  • Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
  • Bonus abuse or arbitrage betting.
  • Hacking, phishing, or any form of technical fraud.
  • Use of automated software or bots on the platform.
  • Placing or managing bets on behalf of a third party's account.
  • Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
If any of the above activities are detected, betkhala will immediately suspend or terminate the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action where necessary.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

betkhala may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
  • KYC verification has not been completed.
  • Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.
  • At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
  • For legal or regulatory reasons.

If you wish to close your account or request self-exclusion, Help Center contact us. Any valid balance may be withdrawn prior to account closure; however, balances may be forfeited if the account is closed due to a breach of these terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

betkhala is not liable for:

  • Account credential leaks resulting from user negligence.
  • Temporary service disruption due to unforeseen technical issues.

Betkhala always strives to maintain a high standard of service, but cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability. In the event of any dispute, betkhala's decision shall be considered final.
